Bersawang2 dah blog i ni kan sbb xupdate ..psl delivery pon xupdate huhu ..Alhamdulillah now my princess dh 3 months old..haha dh 3 months bru update blog ..denggg! ...im still a housewife and now adding 1 more task a mother...awal2 blk rumah sendiri after pantang quite mencabar but now dh blh handle bby n kerja2 rumah at the same time plus i fully bf my bby so tahap mencabar lg tggi but its ok..semua tu rezeki dari Allah...i want to share few thing dlm post ni ..about my 1st delivery experienced and pantang experienced..orait let me start with my delivery experienced...
DELIVERY EXPERIENCED
i was 3 days overdue from my edd. bby xnk kluar2 lg even i keep on bejalan ke sana ke mari ..rasa contractions ade tp light sgt i can still cook n wt mcm2 bende even dh overdue..paling best i tawaf sakan kt bazar ramadhan...Abah i suruh blk ipoh and deliver kt sna sbb katanya cni die takot i terberanak dlm kete sbb hospital ngn rumah i jauh..b4 that plan nk beranak kt sg buloh tp last rezeki i bersalin kt hospital pantai ipoh ...my o&G doc was Datin Dr Mimin....Datin ni mmg fofular la kalo kt hospital pantai tu sbb die sorg je doc prempuan islam kt c2...masa pegi checkup ngn die she said air ketuban i dh ngam2 so takot makin kurang die nk induce keesokkannya...23july i pon xpuasa la time tu sbb nk induce kn ..mama i ckp induce skt n skt lama...hmmm i redha jela...then bila dh msk labor room...doc check VE dlm pkl1040 dh bukak 3 cm ..so die just pecahkan air ketuban n xjadi induce alhamdulillah huhu...pastu sakit mula la dtg2 sket2 n plg kuat after 3pm..mcm nk tcabut pgg i rasa kalo baju husband tu senang koyak mmg dh rabak i punya tarik nk tahan skt....ms nk deliver awal2 tu i teran ngn betul pstu dh xbetul huhu...mmg salah lansungla cara i teran tu kot so doc tpaksa vacum sbb tkot bdk lemas ...betul2 nk asar bby kuar alhamdulillah...mmg lega gila rasa...bila vacum maka jahitan pon bykla ...ms jahit xrs mlm lps deliver tu bru rs skt smpai ke bontot bila vacum jahit tu pelik sket n u akn rs skt...almost 3 weeks jgk la nk baik betul2...nk dduk pun ssh senget sna senget cni ...nk membuang lg la gerun...huhuhu
PANTANG
masa dlm pantang ade yg i ikot trend mak2 nenek2 kt dlu tp ade kalanya i takot espcially bab xblh mnm air byk..tu i xikot i mnm ikot ht rs dahaga mnm sbb i nk menyusukan anak...awal2 mmg susu xbyk and bby pon xbpe pndai isap...so i bg formula jgk kt ank i ...sedeh tp nk wt cmne kesian plk die xcukup susu...i work hard jgk nk bg die fully bf tp lepas pantang bru air susu mula byk n blh fully bf...masa dlm pantang i dilanda syndrom depression..tb2 je rs nk nanges rs sayu...nanges je keje i dlm pantang ..cpt terasa ngn environment n bla3...smpai bila sorg ustazah ni dtg mengurut die bg ayat n bg motivasi sket kt i bru la i rs lbh tenang....alhamdulillah my bby xkne jaundice yg teruk ade sket just g amk darah cmtu je kt klinik n within a week dh bebas jaundice...basically my pantang rutin mcm org2 len jgk..bgn pagi lps mndi bertungku pkai barut everytime pam susu petang btungku lg naik rimas jgk ngn betungku ni tp demi kesihatan kn i wt jgkla actly time pantang mmg u kne byk kali pump susu so tht susu akan jd lg byk...yg mama i asyk soh i rht je..cne nk rht kalo kpla asyk pk cne nk bykkan susu...huhu mcm2 jgk i mkn tp nmpk kesan die lambat until i tried shaklee supplements ...btw, i am shaklee's independent distributor so kalo spe2 nk tnya or nk beli blh blh ngn i hrga dealer i bg uols :)....i baru tau dlm pantang actly xblh diet huhu igtkn nk dietla nk kasi kurus blk rpenye xblh espcly kalo breastfeeding...ms pantang i selera je makan tp sepinggan je la xblh tmbah mama siap letak nasi menggunung tp kn ms i blk rumah after dlvr berat i jd 55kg drpd ms prgnat 63kg dh abis pantang jd 52kg without diet hny mkn supplement shaklee...pastu skrg 50kg...i nk blk berat ank dara i 47kg huhu tolong doakan i bejaya ye...stress tau bila semua jeans dh xmuat increased 1 inch hmm tp syukur la i n bby smpai arini sht xdemam batuk selsema sume Alhamdulillah...
My pesanan tu all yg tgh pregnant or tgh dlm pantang time baca blog i yg xseberapa ni...eat well rest well and jgn stress...bykkn zikir dan berdoa wlaupun xblh solat kt tetap blh bzikir n berdoa..bila badan kotor (nifas or haid) syaitan mmg suka mengganggu...so kne ingat Allah selalu
